نعم، إذا كان المقاس الذي قمت بشرائه لا يناسبك، يمكنك إرجاعه وطلب تغيير المقاس خلال 15 يومًا من استلام الطلب، بشرط ألا يكون من ضمن قائمة المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع.

Shipping
We package each one of your orders personally and by hand at our warehouse. We partner with reputable logistics providers to deliver the order directly to your doorstep.
Our logistics partners will try to reach you several times to make your delivery. If unsuccessful, as with any other postal service package, you will receive a notification explaining how you can collect your package. Usually, you can pick up your order package at the courier depot that is closest to the shipping address specified for the order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, however this is sometimes not possible due to circumstances beyond our control.
From time to time, nicolishoes.qa runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to fashion news. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.
