OUR DELIVERY COSTS ARE BASED ON THE WEIGHT OF OUR PRODUCTS AND THERE ARE NO EXTRA COSTS FOR DELIVERY. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF CUSTOM AND/OR TAX CLEARANCE WHICH MAY ARISE IN CERTAIN COUNTRIES.

Fetchr is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our Dubai warehouse.

Our warehouse is closed for Public Holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically canceled.

CANCELLATION

You can return any item purchased on nicolishoes.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Here's how:

1. Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 15days for the refund transfer to be completed.

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request after being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by Provider's fulfillment warehouse.

If you do not request the return of your merchandise within the thirty-day period, the authorize Provider, and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise as it sees fit.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed within approximately ten (10) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the Credit /Debit Card used or two months in case of payment made by debit card. Please make sure that the date associated with such credit coincides with the date the original debit was made in order to avoid any interest charges on your account. IDENTIFICATION TAG

All of our products come with an identification tag with a disposable seal. Please try your item on before removing the tag and seal, since we do not accept returns once the disposable seal has been removed, broken or damaged in any way. Shoes come with a sticker under the sole; if you remove or alter this sticker, you may no longer return your purchase.
